SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Once paid for, orders should be dispatched within 14 days unless notified otherwise. Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow an additional 3 business days.
Some orders are known to arrive as early as 1-3 business days however we cannot guarantee this.
If you require your order urgently we recommend using the express post shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 7-20 business days depending on the destination country, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Covid is still impacting international deliveries and we advise all customers to view the Australia Post website where you can obtain a more accurate timeframe for delivery. 
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies.

All International Parcels are shipped via international express shipping methods and transit cover is included which covers for any lost or damaged item during transit. It is important to note that a lost parcel needs to be investigated by Australia post and reach a certain timeframe before they deem it lost. Damaged parcels need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item and photos and details of the damage must be included so we can open up a claim.

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES
Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. Perfect Print Co do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. Our business cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on our website they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact your local postal authority for what custom and duty charges may be before placing your order.
