We use the fonts shown in your chosen product design unless you request a change. There’s no need to select a font if you love it as it is.
Want a different font?
Choose from the charts below and enter the font name in the “Additional Instructions” field when ordering. Tell us which name, wording or book it should apply to.
Creating custom or business books?
Use these fonts as a starting point, or share the name or file of a font you have in mind so we can check its suitability for your design.

Ordering & PersonalisationCan I change the fonts or colours?
Absolutely! Most fonts, wording and solid background
colours can be customised at no additional cost.
Simply include your requests in the Additional
Instructions field before adding your books to the cart.
Some illustrated designs may have limitations.
Can I customise an existing design?
Yes! You can personalise the wording, change fonts
and colours, and request elements from different designs.
Please provide clear instructions for each book
when placing your order.
Can I see a design preview before printing?
Yes. You can purchase an optional digital design
preview for $29.
This allows you to review your personalised design
and request revisions before printing.
Can I send you my own artwork or logo?
Yes! Please include your request by letting us know in the
Additional Instructions field when ordering.
You can then email your artwork or logo, along
with your order number, to
hello@perfectprintco.com.au.
High-resolution artwork is preferred. Some Low resolution artworks will be unusable.
Production & DeliveryHow long will my order take?
Standard production is approximately two weeks
before dispatch.
Fully custom designs generally take two to
three weeks.
Shipping time is additional.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production is available on eligible orders
and generally takes three to four business days
before dispatch.
Availability may vary.
Rush production is separate from express shipping.
Is rush production the same as express shipping?
No. Rush production means your order moves to the front of the design queue so we prepare your order faster.
Express shipping is a separate delivery service
selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to
supported destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
based on your location and order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please email us as soon as possible with
your order number and updated address.
If your order hasn't been dispatched,
we will be able to update it for you.
Changes after dispatch are not possible.
Products & DesignAre the books personalised on the hardcover?
Our books have plain white hardcovers with
removable, personalised dust jackets.
The designs and personalisation are printed
on the dust jackets, not directly onto
the hardcover books.
Are the pages inside the books blank?
Yes! Our standard display books contain
blank, unlined, acid-free white pages.
They're primarily designed for display,
but you can also use the pages for writing
or adding photographs.
Our Baby Milestone Book is an exception,
with printed milestone prompts inside.
Can I order replacement covers or give my books a new look?
Yes! We offer two options for books originally purchased from Perfect Print Co:
Replacement Covers — Replace damaged dust jackets or update details, such as adding a name, while keeping your original design. You can replace individual covers as needed.
New Look Covers — Refresh every dust jacket in your existing set with a new design and colour scheme, while reusing your books. This option replaces all covers in the set.
Please have your original order number ready—you’ll find it on the back of your existing covers.
Can I add foil to my books?
Yes! We offer gold, silver, rose gold
and copper digital foil for eligible
text and design details.
You can select which books you'd like
foiled when ordering.
Can I choose different foil colours?
Yes! If you'd like different foil colours
on different books, please specify your
preferences in the Additional Instructions
field when ordering.
Make sure you've selected all books
requiring foiling.
Gifts & PackagingDo the books come in a gift box?
Our five-book, three-book and Kids Mini sets
are presented in a beautiful branded white
magnetic-closure gift box.
Individual books do not include a gift box.
Can I send my order directly as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's
name and address as the shipping details at checkout.
No invoice is shipped with our packages however a packing slip without pricing will be included.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can select the optional printed
gift message card when ordering.

Returns & SupportWhat if there's a mistake with my order?
Please email hello@perfectprintco.com.au with your order number,
a description of the issue and clear
photographs where relevant.
We'll review the problem and where an error has been made
by us, we will arrange for new covers to be shipped out to you
as a priority.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible
with your order number.
Changes and cancellations are generally
easier before design or production begins.
