Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances. 100% of our products are made to order and a lot of time and care goes into creating each order. Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
We take a lot of care when packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent to its new home.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us at: hello@perfectprintco.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess damage on a case-by-case basis and if your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as practicable.
Note: We may request for your damaged item to be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all original tags and packaging.
